Our lively residence is located in Surrey, BC, and offers 29 studios, 29 one bedrooms and 27 one bedroom and den, private-pay independent living suites. The caring staff, friendly residents and wonderful amenities will make you feel instantly at home. Sunnyside Manor is a seniors living community that has all of the ingredients to make your retirement living easy, safe and supported.

Beginning our journey as a non-profit serving persons with disabilities we now proudly serve thousands of individuals throughout the province including seniors and families.
